Ladies - this is all about you!

There’s nothing selfish about this - If you don’t take care of yourself properly, then you can’t take care of anyone else either.

Too many women put themselves and their needs way down the priority list. What that really means is that they don’t have time or energy go do stuff that helps them relax, unwind and recharge.

So - STOP RIGHT THERE! 

Tell yourself (loudly and clearly):

I’m worth looking after

I deserve to be pampered

Now DO IT!

• Make a date with yourself every day - find 30 minutes or so just for you (read a book, soak in a bath, go for a walk)
• Pamper your body regularly - don’t save that body lotion for a special occasion - use it every day! That’s what it’s for!
• Feed your friendships - keep in contact - they’re your support - and you’re theirs too!
• Stress less - you can only do what you can only do! 
• Celebrate what you achieve - most of us feel bad about what we haven’t achieved. Let it go - in the grand scheme of life, it probably doesn’t really matter. Be proud of what you HAVE done!
