Who doesn’t want the safest products for their children? We’re sure that no-one would knowingly use products that might harm their baby or child.

But do you know what the ingredients in some baby products can do? We did some reading, and didn’t like what we found.....

Have you ever got shampoo in your eyes? Yes, so have we - not nice is it? And children really hate that! But the potential effects of SLS on the eye are much more worrying. In animal studies, 10% SLS caused acute corneal damage. It’s not just direct eye contact that’s the problem. According to the American College of Toxicology, "tests show permanent eye damage in young animals from skin contact in non-eye areas".

In other words, because SLS is absorbed through the skin, it can cause PERMANENT eye damage WITHOUT ever directly coming into contact with your eyes! That’s scary! So, wouldn’t you expect that children’s products would be SLS-free? Unfortunately not, most children’s shampoos contain just as much SLS as those for adults.

We believe that everyone should be able to use products that are safe, such as organic baby products - baby shampoo, baby wash and baby skincare that doesn’t contain chemicals that damage our children in any way.

Baby Hair Shampoo
Herbal Selections baby Hair Shampoo is specifically formulated for the care of babies’ and children’s hair. It’s gentle and does not hurt their eyes and is great for washing extra fine baby hair. It has a neutral PH , and a mild lavender and rosemary fragrance.

Made of a 1 mil breathable PUL fabric, and a very soft fleece that sits next to baby's skin. They have fully encased side and back elastics, which catch even the worst “No 2's”.

Wool Pocket Nappy
If you are looking for a trim nappy for your baby then this is it. Wonderful for during the day and very absorbent. They are easy to care for very hard wearing and a lovely colour selection to choose from.
