Acceptance
Your use of the ecofreNZ.com website is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for ecofreNZ.com’s products you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and do not submit an order for products on this site.
The Rainbow Revolution Limited reserves the right to make changes to this site and to these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective upon the date they are first posted to this site.

The information on this website is subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, The Rainbow Revolution Limited will not be liable for any information contained therein.
The information, images, ideas, source code or data on this site remains the property of The Rainbow Revolution Limited and can only be used, copied or printed for personal use and reference. It must not be copied, downloaded, printed or used for any other purpose.
Orders
ecofreNZ.com takes orders only through this website, not by phone or any other method. This is to protect the security of your credit card.
Payment
Payment is made by you by credit card through PayPal, from your PayPal account to The Rainbow Revolution Limited’s PayPal account, or, if you are New Zealand-based, direct from your New Zealand bank account to The Rainbow Revolution Limited’s bank account.
The reference on your credit card statement will refer to a transaction with The Rainbow Revolution Limited. Please note that we DO NOT collect or hold your credit card details. We simply receive notification from PayPal of your valid credit card payment.
Pricing
For all goods and services ordered by you, you must pay the price for the goods or services specified on our website at the time your order is accepted by us, including freight charges.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. All prices are to be considered inclusive of GST (a New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%). Freight costs will be added during the purchase process. You will pay all other applicable taxes, import duties, customs, levies and/or tariffs which may be payable (if any).
The Rainbow Revolution Limited is GST registered in New Zealand.
The Rainbow Revolution Limited reserves the right to alter prices listed on the website at any time.
Freight and Handling
Goods purchased from the ecofreNZ.com website may be dispatched from a variety of sources, therefore your order may or may not arrive in separate parcels, and differing levels of freight costs may be incurred by you.
Many of our suppliers ship directly to our customers. Each of our suppliers has its own shipping conventions, using either post or courier services. The freight or shipping fees for all items will be outlined during the purchase process, and included in the total amount of your invoice.
Delivery
We will endeavour to have goods ordered from us delivered as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If we are or become aware of any delays, we will inform you. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.
Property/Risk/Liability
Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received by The Rainbow Revolution Limited. Risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon shipment from the supplier to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
If, however, the goods ordered become undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased by you complies with your own country’s importation laws.
Subject to the provisions of this clause, to the extent permitted by law:
- All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
- We will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
- We limit our liability to the replacement, or refund of the relevant goods at our option.
If you are not acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, you may have rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in which case the above exclusions and limitations (and any other provisions in these terms of trade which limit or exclude the rights and remedies available to you) will not apply to the extent that these are inconsistent with your rights and remedies under that Act. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
Site Use
In using this site and accepting these terms, you agree to use the site responsibly, within the laws of New Zealand and within commonly accepted standards of decency.
If you purchase a lifetime email address from this website, you agree that you will:
- use the Services for your own personal, non commercial use
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and codes including, but not limited to, the Privacy Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Copyright Act 1994, Defamation Act 1992 and the Crimes Act 1961
- agree to notify us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your Account
- abide by the laws of New Zealand and other countries in relation to the control of spam, electronic harassment, the dissemination of sexually explicit material. If a breach of any law is reported to us, we reserve the right to cancel your email account. In that case, no refund will be given.
Force Majeure / Act of God
If we are at any time delayed in the performance of our duties or obligations as outlined in our policies by an event beyond our reasonable control, the performance of those duties or obligations shall be considered immediately suspended and will remain in suspension until the cause of that event has ceased.
If the goods ordered become undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price to you.
Returns Policy
If you believe the goods you purchased are faulty, you need to contact us at talktous@therainbowrevolution.com (or use the Contact Us page on the ecofreNZ.com website) within 7 days, identifying the order number, the item and the fault or damage, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. We will then advise you of the process, and address for return (you pay to return the goods to us). Once we have received the returned goods, we reserve the right to judge whether the complaint is valid or not. No correspondence will be entered into. If the complaint is judged valid, we will replace or refund the cost of the item, at our discretion. If the complaint is judged not valid, we will return the goods to you after you have paid the shipping costs. If you decline to pay the shipping, or do not do so within 10 days you will be deemed to have abandoned the item. It will not be returned to you, and no refund will be given.
Privacy
The Rainbow Revolution Limited is committed to protecting your privacy, and we have adopted the following privacy statement. We do not pass on any personal information to anyone else, except to ensure delivery of your order. However, the internet can never by a totally secure environment and you must agree that The Rainbow Revolution Limited is not liable for the acquisition of your address or other personal information by third parties without The Rainbow Revolution Limited’s knowledge.
Governing Laws / Jurisdiction
All sales, trade, resulting transactions thereof, tax policies and conduct are subject to any and all applicable laws of New Zealand. The commerce participated in on this website is governed solely by the laws of New Zealand and the appropriate Courts of New Zealand shall have sole jurisdiction to hear and determine the outcome of any dispute that may arise in relation to the commerce conducted through this website and in relation to these Terms of Trade.
